I absolutely love this bike. It was easy to assemble. Everything was well packed to avoid scratches or any kind of damage. The battery was charged and ready to go. It is nice to know that you can adjust the levels of assist available on order to tailor them to your liking. I have gone about 75 km on it and still have 25 % battery. I have not charged it since I received it. The ride is extremely comfortable with full suspension. I would recommend this bike to anyone.
Bought two of those bikes a few weeks ago. Put around 70 km on each. We are in a very hilly region and it is really impressing how those bikes can climb. You can ride a 17-20% hill at 15 km/h. On flat road, it maintains a 42 km/h easily. A 30 km ride will only take 1 bar on the battery, range seems to be as advertised. Very pleased with my buy to date.
I like this bike but the rear suspension is too stiff ( don’t work) no possibility to adjust. If you have some idea let me know

The bike is good but the rear suspension does not work . I contact the service a dozen times because only 2 were received. The others came back to me without having been received . Still no solution from you. I am very disappointed with your costumer service ( support )
